Creative writing circle for Roma youth/students

The workshop approaches creative writing from a theoretical point of view, a method seen as a discipline that involves the first form of materializing reality. By training in creative writing we rediscover reason and imagination, and the basic course encourages and develops skills by exploring different themes, the novelty being brought by the approach in which we also use techniques from journalism. Through creative writing, group learning, assessment and feedback are stimulated in order to experience different types of analysis.

Creativity is stimulated by external sources and the context of writing includes the fictional world, characters and personifications, imagination, language, responsiveness, level of understanding and completion.

This creative writing circle was born as a starting point for disadvantaged or underserved environments by instructors of all kinds to put into practice the idea related to the creative writing workshop and the young generations of Roma.
